At Green Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your garment purchase, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
You received the wrong product
The item was damaged during delivery
The item is defective
Note: Used or worn garments cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Timeframe for Request
All return or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos or video proof sent via email or WhatsApp.

4. Approval & Processing
We will verify and approve your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange pickup (where available) or ask you to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/returns are not accepted if:
The product has been used or worn
The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery
The item was purchased on final sale or discounted clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, the return process applies.
